NUOVA International (诺合国际) is a China outbound factory credit traceability platform — built for the moment an overseas buyer has to decide whether to trust a supplier they've never met in person. 诺合国际是一家中国出海工厂信用溯源平台，致力于解决海外采购商在未曾实地接触供应商时的信任难题。
Our story 我们的故事
Every year, overseas buyers wire deposits to Chinese factories based on a few photos, a sales pitch, and a listing page that anyone could have built. When the goods don't arrive — or arrive wrong — there was rarely a way to have known in advance.
NUOVA International was founded to close that gap. We built our own enterprise credit coding standard, combining international verification rigour with deep knowledge of China's manufacturing landscape. Our inspectors physically visit factories to verify capacity, quality control, and environmental compliance — the things photos can't prove. Every verified enterprise receives one permanent traceability QR code, and one unified e-credit card linking every overseas sales channel back to a single verified identity.

Rating methodology
Our composite credit grade (A+ to C) combines four weighted inputs. Grades are recalculated whenever underlying data changes — a new audit, a new litigation record, or a registry update.
评级反映最近一次核验时的信用状态，不构成对未来经营表现的预测。采购商应将评级作为自身尽职调查的参考依据之一，而非唯一依据。
Privacy policy
NUOVA International collects enterprise data directly from factories during onboarding, with explicit consent, including business registration details, facility photographs, and production capacity figures gathered during on-site audits.
Buyer-side usage data (search queries, viewed credit files) is used to improve search relevance and is not sold to third parties. We do not share buyer identity with the factories they search for.
Cross-border data transfers are conducted in accordance with applicable PRC data protection regulations, including the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) and relevant cross-border data transfer security assessment requirements.
诺合国际在企业入驻过程中，经企业明确授权后直接采集相关数据，包括工商注册信息、实地核验过程中拍摄的工厂照片及产能数据。采购商侧使用数据（如查询记录、已查看的信用档案）仅用于提升检索相关性，不会出售给第三方，亦不会向被查询工厂披露采购商身份信息。跨境数据传输依据《个人信息保护法》及相关跨境数据传输安全评估要求执行。
Terms of service
Credit files, ratings, and audit summaries provided through NUOVA International are reference materials intended to support — not replace — a buyer's own due diligence. NUOVA does not guarantee transaction outcomes, product quality, or delivery performance of any listed factory.
Factories that provide false information during onboarding or fail a re-verification audit may have their credit grade suspended or their traceability code revoked, at NUOVA's discretion.
Use of search and lookup features is provided for legitimate sourcing due diligence. Automated scraping or bulk extraction of credit file data without written permission is prohibited.
诺合国际提供的信用档案、评级及核验摘要为参考资料，旨在辅助而非替代采购商自身的尽职调查。诺合国际不对任何上架工厂的交易结果、产品质量或交货表现作出担保。在入驻过程中提供虚假信息或复核未通过的工厂，其信用评级可能被暂停或溯源码被吊销，最终解释权归诺合国际所有。查询功能仅供正当采购尽职调查使用，未经书面许可不得对信用档案数据进行自动化抓取或批量提取。
Data compliance
All factory data displayed on this platform is collected with enterprise consent as part of the onboarding and audit process. Enterprises may request correction or removal of their data by contacting our compliance team.
NUOVA International maintains audit logs of data access and cross-border transfers in accordance with PRC cybersecurity and data protection regulations, and cooperates with regulatory requests as legally required.
